Vic Blends Court
I was appointed as the Creative Director for a basketball court design project by Vic Blends. The City of Hope Mills, North Carolina, recognized his contributions with this court design. I collaborated with muralist Sarahlaine Calva (@sarashface) to combine our artistic styles. We initially conceptualized ideas that Vic envisioned, incorporating the words “Love,” “Peace,” “Community,” and “Respect.” Additionally, we envisioned a visual representation of the future featuring diverse children and Vic himself. Incorporating his preferred colors and incorporating clouds evoked a sense of a special and uplifting atmosphere when using the court.
